Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your HomeKhata account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what is removed.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@homekhata.com with the subject "Delete my account", from or quoting the phone number registered with your HomeKhata account. We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days (typically much sooner).

What gets deleted

• Your account and phone number.
• All financial entries: income, expenses, transactions, budgets, goals, bills, investments and lend/borrow records.
• Your sessions and verification codes.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We may retain limited records only where required by law; these are not used for any other purpose and are removed when no longer required.
